What time do gates open?
Both gates open at 12 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Gates are located at the intersections of Josephine Baker Blvd. and Delmar and Washington Ave. between Josephine Baker Blvd. and N. Leonard Ave.
What if it rains, will the festival be cancelled?
No, the festival will take place rain or shine, so please plan your outfit accordingly.
Am I able to leave the festival and return later?
Yes, you may leave the festival and return at a later time on the same day.
Is there an age limit to attend the festival?
All ages are welcome. Children under twelve years old are free (General Admission only).
What food and beverage options will be on site?
Yes, there are food trucks and on-site food and beverage providers.
Are credit cards, cash and debt cards accepted?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.

What is the Accessibility (ADA) of the festival site?
Music at the Intersection is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the festival amenities. What additional activities will be happening besides music?
The “Vendor Row” will be home to local artisan vendors, as well as live street art activations, artist talks, large format mural walls, and high-definition projection mapping / immersive video art. In addition, our Food Truck Court will feature a handful of incredible local cuisine options, curated by Sauce Magazine.
What accessibility accommodations are available for manual wheelchair users?
The entire festival footprint outside of grass is city streets and sidewalks aka 100% accessible. Each stage will have dedicated viewing areas for folks with accessibility needs/concerns. Dedicated parking spots will be in front of the box office at High Low.
Are strollers allowed within the festival footprint?
Yes, strollers are allowed within the festival footprint.
Is there a drop off/pick up area for rideshare attendees?
Yes, Breakthru Beverage Group is providing 500 FREE Lyft rides for event-goers.
FREE RIDES (up to a $30 value) to and from the music festival are sponsored by
Breakthru Beverage and will be available from 10 a.m. September 9 through 11:30 p.m.
September 10 via rideshare partner Lyft.
The rides are offered through Safe Home After Every Occasion™, a social responsibility
program designed to encourage planning a safe ride home before heading out to celebrate.
Since the sought-after program’s inception, it has provided nearly 150,000 Missourians a free ride home.
The redemption code for the Music at the Intersection safe home ride credit is
BBGMOMATI23. The code can be claimed beginning Friday, September 8th, and is valid for Lyft rides throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area, to and from the festival at 3301 Washington Avenue. This code will also be posted on Breakthru Beverage Missouri’s website – www.BreakthruBevmo.com as well as the company’s social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.
Ride codes can be redeemed through the Lyft app. A link to download the app can be found at Lyft.com. Quantities are limited to 500.

What is included with my ticket?
General Admission tickets include festival ground access with first-come, first-serve seating available at all stages.
General Admission Plus tickets include private bar access in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, dedicated indoor restrooms at 3333 Washington and The Big Top and access to exclusive programming in Sophie’s Artist Lounge.
VIP tickets include private bar access in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, dedicated indoor restrooms at 3333 Washington and The Big Top and access to exclusive programming in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, VIP Village Passes (two drink tickets, VIP bars and VIP food venders), dedicated VIP viewing areas at all stages, commemorative 11×17 festival poster.
Can a Weekend pass be split between two people?
No, only whoever uses the ticket on Saturday may use Sunday’s ticket.
Where do I pick up my VIP Wristbands?
VIP Wristbands can be picked up at the Box Office – Located in the Listening Room of High Low (3301 Washington Ave.).
Where do I purchase/pick-up my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased and picked up at our Box Office located at 3301 Washington Ave. The Box office is located in the Listening Room side door of High Low.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What are you doing to ensure my health and safety during the festival?
Security and safety are the utmost of importance. We work hand-in-hand with relevant city law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies to help the safety of our event. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on any specific actions that are taken.
Are there cooling stations?
Yes. Metro Transit will be providing a city bus as one, we have two misting stations, and in an emergency an indoor air-conditioned cooling station. Also plenty of shade & seats underneath The Big Top.
WHAT CAN I BRING?
Can I bring a chair or blanket inside the festival grounds?
Yes, we are encouraging guests to bring their lawn chairs and/or blankets to be able to relax in front of the outdoor stages.
Can I bring in a cooler?
No, coolers of any kind are not allowed on the festival grounds.
Can I bring food or beverages from outside the festival grounds?
No outside food or beverages of any kind can be brought into the festival. That said, an empty, reusable clear, water bottle, hydration packs, and camel backs may be brought in and refilled at the many hydration stations throughout the festival grounds.
What is your bag policy?
CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”) will be permitted. The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No full-sized backpacks may be brought into the festival
Can I bring in sunscreen?
Yes, but only non-aerosol containers, 3.4 ounces or less.
Can I bring my pet?
Only certified service pets are allowed onto the festival grounds.
Can I bring a camera?
Small personal point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but professional DSLR cameras are not permitted. Video cameras are strictly prohibited. Video recording of any performance on any device is also prohibited.
Are sun shades or umbrellas allowed for individuals who bring chairs/blankets to sit on?
Yes.
