VENDOR APPLICATION DEADLINE:
All vendor applications must be submitted by July 1st, 2024. Vendors will be selected by July 15th.
OPERATION DATES/HOURS:
Booths must be operated on both days of the festival from start to finish. Times will be listed in the final advance. Early teardowns are not permitted and will result in a $100.00 fee.
COSTS(S):
All merchandise sites are reserved in 10’x10’ increments and sites will be $300.00. Payment in full is due no later than August 1st, 2024.
EQUIPMENT:
All vendors are required to supply their own WHITE 10’x’10 tents along with proper weights (sandbags or concrete blocks). Vendors are responsible for everything needed for their set-up.
ELECTRICAL:
20 amps of power per vendor. If you need more, you will need to supply your own (quiet generators only). No light fixtures, bulbs, or power cords will be provided.
TEAR DOWN:
No tear downs before the festival closing time. Exit/Tear-down times will be noted during the vendor advance process.
MARKETPLACE SURVERY
All selected vendors will be required to fill out a Vendor Marketplace Survey before exiting the festival grounds on Saturday night. This form is to help us better understand the festival economy and how to support our Vendors and festival attendees in the future. This information is private and confidential to festival staff only.

FOOD BEVERAGE:
We will not be incorporating food/beverage vendors into Vendor Row this year. If you are a Food or Beverage vendor, that element of the festival is being curated by Pure Catering.
CLEAN UP:
All vendors are required to keep their area free of trash and debris and return their area same condition it was rented to you when the event started.
OVERNIGHT SECURITY:
Festival grounds will be locked down overnight with security contracted by the festival. However, the festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
-No Alcohol Sales are permitted
-Merchandise sites are reserved in 10’x10’ increments.
-Merchandise sites/booth numbers are assigned before your arrival
-Vendors are permitted to bring one igloo water carrier or similar (up to 3 gallons) with water only. Coolers are not allowed.
-No refunds 30 calendar days before Saturday, September 7th, 2024 (Saurday, August 31st, 2024)
-Vendors are permitted to sell within the space you purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO ROAMING SALES ALLOWED. Anyone found selling outside of their purchased space will forfeit their space and no longer be eligible for vending space at future Music At The Intersection Festival events.
-Music At The Intersection will NOT ALLOW any items i.e., flags, t-shirts, bandanas, or novelty items to be sold or protomed that reference illegal activity, violence, or discrimination. This is a NO TOLERANCE policy.
-Music At The Intersection reserves the right to remove anyone from the grounds
-Any vendor breaching this policy will result in permanent termination from displaying at any future events and will forfeit all monies paid.
-Booths will be open and closed corresponding with event hours posted
-All vendors must be present and operating when gates open to the public and will remain present until closing times. If an early tear-down happens, the vendor will be charged an additional $100 for breach of contract
-No tables, chairs, or display fixtures will be provided for your booth(s)
-Any usage of any type of noise-making devices, flashing lights, etc. must be approved
-Kranzberg Arts Foundation/Music At The Intersection does not assume any responsibility for any stolen or damaged goods
-VENDOR-ONLY credentials will be issued to you and your workers. This will allow you access to the general admission area and your work booth ONLY.
-There will be 4 vendor wristbands issued per vendor.
-Any exhibitors expecting UPS or FedEx shipments must be on site to accept packages in their name. Kranzberg Arts Foundation will not be responsible for accepting shipments. Arrangements should be made 48 hours in advance.
-NO video cameras or professional photography equipment is allowed unless accompanied by Music At The Intersection Press credentials.
-No pets allowed
-There will be ONE entry point for vendors, vendors are to use this entry only.
-In the event of inclement weather, the show will be interrupted, and resume as soon as weather permits. Booth Space is sold on a ‘rain or shine’ basis and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather
-DO NOT REMOVE YOUR CREDENTIALS UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT. Any person found on festival grounds without a wristband/credentials will be removed from the event.
-These rules and general information have been established to satisfy the diverse needs of our vendors and patrons. Kranzberg Arts Foundation reserves the right to change the regulations anytime, including before or during the event.
NOT PERMITTED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS:
Laser pointers & air horns | Drones, remote-controlled aircraft or toys | toy guns, water guns, slingshots | Projectiles such as frisbees | Weapons of any kind including pocket knives or pepper spray | Explosives including fireworks | Illegal Substances/drugs or drug paraphernalia | Aerosol products | E-Liquid or E-Juice of any kind | Glass, cans, or coolers | Outside food & beverage | Markers or spray paint | Large chains or spiked jewelry | Large purses, bags, or multi-pocket backpacks | Pets (service animals allowed) | Cannabis products of any kind regardless of medical status.
